Welcome to the BecomingHER Summit!

Join us for the Becoming HER Inaugural Summit, a powerful and completely FREE two-day experience designed to uplift and inspire girls in 7th–10th grade. This is more than an event — it’s the beginning of a movement to help young women step into their greatness with Honor, Excellence, and Resilience.

Taking place in Tampa, FL on July 26–27, the final location will be announced soon — but get ready for a weekend full of energy, empowerment, and connection!

The summit will include:

🎤 Dynamic speakers and breakout sessions on mental wellness, leadership, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, personal style, and more

🎨 Hands-on activities like vision boards, confidence-building games, creative expression through art and journaling

💬 Real talk and relatable role models from beauty, business, tech, and community leadership

🎁 Swag bags, giveaways, music, and fun surprises throughout the weekend

👑 A closing celebration with certificates and HER affirmations

🍽️ Free lunch provided both days

Each day runs from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with girls rotating through engaging small-group sessions to connect, learn, and grow — all while having fun and making new friends.

This summit is our soft launch to the community, kicking off what will become a youth development program throughout the year. We’re starting with this empowering weekend and would love to have your girl be part of this unforgettable beginning.
